VEL is open from 8am-8pm from Mondays to Fridays and 9am-6pm on Saturdays and Sundays

Guests are unfortunately not permitted to bring their own food or drinks to the property.

As a subscriber of VEL, you are able to prebook pods and nest chairs for a maximum duration of 8 hours every day. Subscription allows you to plan your visits with us up to 30 days in advance.

Our Experience Team will be happy to remind you once your time is up and assist in extending your seat rental subject to availability or find you a seat in our complimentary seating area.

At VEL, we endeavor to provide our users with great food and beverage products and flexible seating variety and privacy. We offer private high-speed secure wifi, with acoustic measures to create an ambient and productive atmosphere.

We are currently following CDC guidelines in-store. We do not require masks for entry. However, if you are not feeling well, we do not recommend coming to the store. Our staff go through routine health checks prior to arrival. Hand sanitizers and wipes are available upon arrival. We also offer UV phone sanitizers and hands-free bathroom features.

If your plans change, you may cancel or modify your reservation through the app without any fees at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking.
